How much experience do you have?I was a GM in ProjectMS for around 1 month,apart from that,I am close friends with GMs in KyraMS,which is the rank5th server.Even though my lack of time being a GM,I could say that I have complete knowledge of a GM's life and anything about a GM ingame knowledge.In forums,I could contribute a lot and help to improve the forums.(Example:You will need to write a Terms of Service for the Maplestory server,I could contribute in it by righting a ToS without loopholes)Also,I can suggess usefull sections of forums to set up as well as making a set of rules for both GM and Players.From around 20-30 private servers I experience.I have recieved a complete knowledge of players need in servers,I know about the custom features that will encourage players to play and features that will bring the server down.As I dont just register a account and quit a server by the following day,I always gain a high amount of knowledge about the server rules,donation system,GM commands,Donator Island features,FM Npcs,etc.I got a complete set of GM commands for both v55 and v62,that enable me to answer to most of the questions.
Why do you want to be a Gm?I know that this is a new server.In my MSN,I have over 200contact with private server people.They are active players and have a good friendship with me.Being a GM,I will be able to encourage them to try our server out.My friends,being people who had experienced private servers a lot.They will be able to come up with lots of ideas to improve the server.This way,our server will gain players and become popular faster then most of the new servers.Other than that,my fellow peers in my school likes maplestory a lot.No doubt they will enjoy a V62 server(Many of them was asking me to make a v62 server myself,but due to my lack of knowledge of computer,coding and java.I had not suceed.)Being a GM of this server,I will have more reasons to ask them to join us.As a GM in game,I will be able to controll players more efficiently.I have a high amount of knowledge of events(Hide&seek,Hunting events,Sexy,cute,ugly,etc events,Simson says event,etc.)I will be able to hold good events and keep the players interested in our server.Due to my 2years experience of private servers,I am able to identify the difference between lag and fast ami hacks.Also,I know the difference between hacked damage and nomal attack damage.Nowadays due to a lot of different ways to battle monsters,private servers players had developed ways to bypass nomal damage without hacks,people could hit around 100m++in KyraMS with DS 'GM' charge,this completely confuse the GMs and a lot of unfair bans are going on in servers about this way as we speak.Being one of the godly damagers,I understand this attack fully and are able to see the difference between a hacked damage and nomal damage.I could prevent a lot of unfair bans and ban people without hesitation.I dont believe in hacking in private servers unless you have nothing to gain.In my option,using damage hacks and god mode to gain your meso and lvls is a offence enough to be charged death sentence.
Why should we pick you?I should be a GM instead of most people and I say that without a pompous and arrogant air. Why do I believe that to be the truth? For one, my ability to solve problems under pressure is unparalleled in both the online and outside world.
When it comes to managing players, I do so professionally. I do not incite players to create flame wars, just because I know that I am a GM and they are not. I handle problems equally on both sides, maintaining a balanced lookout. Even if someone I mildly dislike reports one of my best friends, as a GM I would have to realize that this situation is non-personal and must be handled from the eyes of an unbiased GM. Alas, favoritism is a BASIC CONCEPT in the GM rules, and I don't understand why many former GMs have FAILED to understand such simple dynamics.
Even with my friends, if I receive GM status I do not plan to abuse my powers. This includes warping to places, banning, jailing, warphere spamming, summon spamming, etc. As "FUN" as it may seem, abusing GM is completely wrong and even if everyone agrees to it, it is still a rule to be followed. Another less approached aspect of GM abuse is notice spamming. While you may have fun with your peers and not notice (no pun intended), there are probably bunches of players thinking "shut up, nobody wants to see their screen flooded with blue spam." As a player I believe that the ability for GMs to spam nonsense while players cannot get away with it is unjust, and as a GM I shall choose not to overload the server with blue text.
On the topic of communications, while I may not spam, this will not mean that I will be silent.
Will you help out the server if so how?As I mention above,I could bring over a lot of players by a lot of ways.I have a considerable amount of knowledge of running forums efficiently.I could suggess ideas for forums and in game.With my knowledge of a donation system.I could set up a donation system that will not let donaters gain too much advantage of other players,so the players that are unable to donate will not feel too much 'behind' from donators.

Tell me a little about yourself:I am called Kyle and I am 15 years old....I like playing private servers~~In my free time,I play private servers and gain knowledge of private servers features.I like to know about basic of running a private server and controlling it efficiently to get make it into a popular server.I also post on forums a lot and suggess ideas for servers.Other than that,I play gunz a bit and help my clan leader to clan war.I am also learning C++programming so in future apart from helping out the server in game and on forums,I could took a important role in coding the server.
How much time do you stay on the PC in a week?During my school time,I am able to stay online for around at least 2 hours per day(consisting exams).During my holidays,I could be refered to no life.I at least stay on around 15 hours per day.
Average for schooldays:20hours per week.
Average for Holidays:100hours++ per week.
